Yes, you can upload an updated version of your short as long as it is submitted prior to the deadline. The latest version will be used.
The categories are People’s Choice, Youth Jury and Overall Jury.
The Overall Jury Award is given to the highest scoring project regardless of the age of the filmmaker.
The Youth Jury Award will be the highest scoring film project from people ages 12 to 25 years old.
People’s Choice Award is determined by audience voting usually via a facebook voting app.

The same film submission should not be submitted for both VSS and GSEFF. They have very different criteria and your project may be rejected.
